Custom Venture Fulfillment Fund "A" (CVFFA), sponsored by Custom Private Equity, Inc., is improving the venture capital investment process. CVFFA uses state-of-the-art due diligence conducted by professional teams of investors to streamline the funding process for promising startups.
Since opening for business in 2006, the Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN) has become one of the most active and successful Angel Investing Networks in North America. This success is due to the networks' due diligence process. CTAN has worked to refine, customize and accelerate its due diligence process. Using the combined experiences of 150 industry professionals, this angel network conducts extensive due diligence on new ventures that pass muster through the CTAN process.
THE OPPORTUNITY
After CTAN has completed its due diligence, the group may only fund 40-50% of the needed capital. This funding gap provides the opportunity for an investment fund to inject capital in a well vetted and researched venture opportunity, taking advantage of unused due diligence.
